Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: Standard, expedited, and international options are available.

International Fees: You may be asked to pay the VAT or customs fee upon pick up.

Country Restrictions: I’m unable to ship to countries the US Postal Service cannot reach. Please check if your country is one of them on the USPS website.

Address Change: Contact me immediately for any address changes; not guaranteed once your order is shipped.

Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to a) make sure the shipping address is correct; b) keep track of shipping status once the tracking info has been emailed.

Misplaced or Lost Packages: Always check with your local post office first. It's common for packages to be delivered a few days late.

Return Policy

All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges.

Report Problems: Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, with a description of the issue and photos (if applicable). There will be a case-by-case review for a potential replacement or refund.

Exclusions: Issues due to wear and tear or improper use not covered.
