Will Your Wings and Mine ever be printed?

Yes. Once the story is finished, my next plan is to re-format the webtoon into a print format.

Hopefully a literary agent and/or publisher would be interested in picking up YWAM so the series could be better distributed worldwide but if not, I’ll print it myself.

Will Bloom and Zoom ever be printed?

Yes. BnZ is already print-friendly and Volume One is technically ready to go.

I just need to draw a cover, but the design isn't coming to me at the moment :')

What program(s) do you use?

For comics, Clip Studio EX.

For illustrations, a combination of of Clip Studio EX and Paint Tool SAI2. Finishing touches are done on Adobe Photoshop.

Where do you ship from?

I ship from California, USA.

Will you restock [insert item]?

Yes, unless otherwise noted in the item description that an item will be discontinued.

Usually it takes 3 weeks for new stocks to be delivered to me.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, as long as the United States postal service can reach your country.

Please check if your country cannot be delivered to at the USPS website.

Do I have to play customs/import fee?

Maybe, if your country customs officer deems it so. Sadly you and I do not have control over this.

Usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Please contact your postal office with your tracking number.

Sometimes the package arrives a few days after, is in the back of the postal office or delivery van, or sometimes at some other address.

If after 7 days there is no update, please contact me.

Tracking says my package was "returned to sender"?

It means the postal service encountered an error with your shipping address.

If this happens, contact me. You'll have to pay the shipping fee again and confirm the correct shipping address.

It's been past 7 days since my package was supposed to be delivered, but I don't have it.

Please first contact your postal office with your tracking number, and see what they say.

The process is headache-inducing but either you or I will have to file a Missing Package Search Request.

Sometimes the USPS finds the package and properly delivers it to you, or sometimes, completely lost. Either way, I'll work with you to find a solution, such as refunding or replacing your order.
